Michel Guay President and CEO
President and CEO of gtechna since 2010, Michel Guay has worked in hi-Tech Information Technology industry for more than 25 years. His first 20 years of experience include large companies such as Westinghouse, Lockheed Marietta and Harris. Mr. Guay has also resided as President and CEO of two smaller businesses, Wavesat and RadioIP, where he was responsible for strategic positioning and growth.
Michael’s leadership and knowledge of the industry will enable gtechna to improve the positioning and marketing of its products and to bring the company to new heights. Michel holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the ETS, Université du Québec and an MBA from Concordia University. He is also a member of the board of directors of three organizations which recognize companies for excellence in the areas of information technology and innovation; Techno Montreal ADRIQ and Prompt.
Sergio Mastronardi Founder, VP Engineering and CTO
Co-founder and VP Engineering at gtechna, Sergio Mastronardi has been developing mobile applications since 1992 and is recognized has an expert in his field. Sergio has more than 20 years of experience in software development. His work experiences include consulting, software architecture and implementation. At gtechna, he oversees software development and all mobile solutions.
Sergio worked in numerous companies including Sûrete du Quebec, Service de Police de Montreal, Public Works Department of Washington DC, Hydro Quebec, General Trust and Montreal trust where he was recognized for his leadership and management skills.
Mr. Mastronardi holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from McGill University.
Michael Leccese Founder, VP Sales and Marketing
Michael Leccese is Co-founder and Vice President at gtechna. He oversees sales and marketing globally and is also responsible for directing the company’s business development strategy and finance.
Michael is known for his dedication and leadership with a strong work ethic. He is also recognized as an enthusiastic entrepreneur with a focus on customers and partners, and his commitment to continuously building the talent of sales and marketing professionals.
Prior to co-founding gtechna in 1992, Michael held managerial positions in the banking and restaurant industries. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Bob Chambers, VP Implementation and Customer Service
Bob Chambers is Vice-President of Implementation and Customer Service at Gtechna, position he has held since 2000. He is responsible for overseeing installations of the Officer™ Solution for all Clients as well as providing post delivery hardware & software support.
Bob has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry where he held positions as Programmer/Anal yst, Project Manager and Development Manager. Prior to joining Gtechna, Bob was responsible for projects with budgets of up to $2.0 MM and for managing Development groups of up to 50 individuals.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
